Spam on the rss feed

Jim have you noticed the spam on the rss feeds of this forum ?
user named "Austin12" or someone hacked into that name.

Yes, I deleted them last night, about 50 messages from one user, usually there are only a couple. I'm going to tweak the signup questions later today, but a few of these will likely appear every once in a while. The only other option is to manually moderate a user's first post which I would rather not do as it kills spontaneity.
