Shortcut to stack

Possible that i'm missing something or that's not way to have a shortcut (key or midi) to select stack excepted the mouse ?

There are no direct access commands yet. There are command equivalents for next stack/prev stack and (in 2.0.1b1) for modules vs. routing (see the Stack Menu for mapping). I'll probably add cmd-Digit for the first 10 stacks
and cmd-shift-digit for the second 10, possibly customizable...
