I've been using Live with the midi effect preset pack by the covops located here

It has a huge array of midi effects... but the kicker is this rack that changes between 87 different scales at the twist of a knob and you can also change the key... this is awesome in conjunction with numerology.
You could build the rack yourself because they offer all the scale presets separately in their free download section but I can't imagine how long that would take.
