Will this be a feature in 2.1? It would be very helpful to be able to export a sequencer's configuration to a standard midi file so that it could be used either in a DAW or within another product, such as the MIDI player within KORE.
Also, are there plans to release an AU version of N2? It would be incredible if Numerology could be loaded into KORE as a MIDI effect, for example!

+1 ... exporting a stack / sequence including CC output to MIDI file is something I'd love to see implemented at some point.
Peace,
Andy.
yes, thats a good idea!!
You set up a stack with all what you want to MIDI Out of the stack.
Set the loop points from / to which bar you want,
and export to a MIDI file.

Yeah, I'd appreciate that too! I normally use Numerology in two different ways regarding exporting its MIDI:
1) I pipe out one MIDI channel per instrument (stack) for the overall set I perform. Might be from five to fifty minutes absolute time and four or five MIDI channels in use.
2) I pipe out a particular musical part, like sixteen or thirty two bars.
The goal in both these undertakings is to play back, mix and finalize the sound of the performance in Logic. Either to mix a longer piece of musical performance or to produce Green Apple Loops from the "discrete sequencing" that Numerology excels at.
It would be cool with a simple "MIDI channel stream recorder" that bakes it all into a standard MIDI file. Then you may import it in any other DAW where you can run more and better sounding effects and virtual instruments.

It would be dead handy to be able to use standard midi files in N2 .
SMF 'recording' (i.e. output) and some form of import are both on my list, but there are several other things with higher priority, so you gotta wait just a bit....

I'd also find this useful.
