it would be excellent if there was a module in the miscellaneous section which would just show incoming/outgoing midi activity in a terminal window (with filters). I think with the level of complexity that a lot of numerology users are at, it would be very useful to have this. There's third party applications that do this, anyway, but integration would be great.
Being able to hide the library window from the left side of the screen would be great, too. This would help with screen real estate when working on sequences longer than 32 steps. maybe another shortcut key for this?
I would like to propose the idea of 'macros' as well. saving stacks and individual modules works great, but I feel that I do a lot of redundant patching sometimes, for instance, hooking up modulation sequencers and then having to wire them to a CC gen unit every single time, and so on. having 'groups' that can be loaded into a stack would be wonderful.
