in some DAWs its difficult to get the automation of several plug-ins working properly... in my case its the waldorf attack which causes problems as im using tracktion 3 mainly and i like it..even if i own logic, but....
T 3 crashes always when i try to assign control paramters to the ATTACK
in this case numerology comes in handy : just use the "faderbox" and assign the controller to the CC command numbers of your choice in numerology .
route the midi to your desired track in the DAW.
if u record midi now, all data will be recorded within the midifile, not in a seperate automation track... which has it advantages sometimes
furthermore its possible to do really weired modualtion stuff including numerology's tools in this procedure ...
another good thing is , that u can save stacks and modules as kind of presets for your favorite modulations.. so you dont need to assign all these parameters everytime from new on
