organization... how do you organize?

This is a very general question but, If you're anything like me you have dozens of numerology projects kicking around in one folder with their accompanying media contents folders and then multiple versions of the same project... it adds up pretty quick... What are your approaches in terms of organization all your projects and ideas and whatnot? ... just curious....

Great question im so unorganized I just label my projects by date and hope I can remember which is which Ive been meaning to pick up another hard drive and connect it up just for N2 and associated mastering and editing files one of these days ill do but there always more interesting stuff to buy than dull old hard drives :D
