Rewire Question...

Been playing around with rewire and ableton live and I have a question... Should I be able to route audio out of live and then into Numerology using rewire and if so how?

You can't yet. Rewire only supports streaming from the client app to
the host. Also, audio input is currently disabled when Numerology is
running in ReWire mode. I plan to enable it later this summer, then
you could use Soundflower/Wormhole or Jack or an external audio loop
to route from Ableton to Numerology.

Question: just on the "research" side of things: Can you tell me more
about what audio you want to route? (i.e. longer audio file, short
drum loop, operator output, etc).

I use analog, tension and operator a lot, also a lot of fast randomized toggled/gated loop triggering all of which would be awesome to run through sequenced/modulated effects in Numerology. Yes long audio files too. I also have a ton of sampler patches... self made as well as puremagnetik paks.
