Activity lights on modules

Jim,
It might be helpful to have activity lights on the modules particularly
the CV ones to show that the signal is being passed from module to
module. Particularly in wiring up things from the basics it would help
in being able to troubleshoot things when I am not getting the results
I expected. This might be more difficult on modules such as ParamMod
which uses menus, but perhaps even a light indicated it was outputting
a signal could be useful.

Originally I had planned to have lots of 'mini meters' on the routing page for each stack, would that help? I postponed it as I was worried about CPU load for drawing, but it is something I could re-examine.

Jim,
I would be interested to see what that would look like. Perhaps it could
be something which could have the option of being enabled (or not) if
you are concerned about CPU usage. I would be happy to test anything
you might come up with along these lines.
