Several important fixes this time around. I will be working on sync/rewire related stuff early next week, so if you have any gripes

Numerology 2 Beta 31 Release Notes:

Audio Setup & I/O
- Fixed a startup crash related to monophonic inputs

Scroll Wheel:
- Now works properly with the PolyNote and DrumSeq.

Start/End Step Scrolling
- Now when you drag the start or end steps of a sequence, the sequence view will scroll if necessary.

NRPN Gen
- Fixed a couple bugs related to generating NRPN values properly

ParamMod
- The value range of the 'index' NumberBox now properly respects sequenced parameters when their sequence range is extended.
- Fixed some other issues related to param indexes for sequenced params
- ParamMod functionality is now perserved when duplicating stacks.

Misc Fixes and Updates:

- When entering values into NumberBoxes, the text color is now always black, on a white background.

- Fixed a problem with default Channel Pressure values in the MonoNote & PolyNote seqs.
