Yes, that's a peek at the new UI. I'm almost done with that part, very time consuming, but everything looks much nicer. More details soon...

Can i presume that it also records automation / cv / cc numbers as well as the midi notes?

It records all MIDI that passes through the Stack Output modules: note on/off, CC, aftertouch, pitch bend, NRPN, RPN, and ProgChange. No SysEx, which Numerology doesn't handle right now anyway.
