Good morning!
Im having and issue.
Build 7 would crash after hitting the "Demo" button. Was working fine last night but now it's not.
Build 8 says it's open but there is nothing on the screen.
Num2 crashes upon startup now as well.
I have what might be a crash log but dont know how to upload it to the forum for you. I'll try to put it in an email t you.
Thx!

Always email me crash logs, I find it much more effective to work through those issues via email. OS X writes all crash logs to:
<your home dir>/Library/Logs/CrashReporter,
so you can always find them there.
For Build 8, check the application menu (top left of menubar, next to the apple menu), if you see one for Numerology, then you just need to create a new project (command-n).
A few other things you might try:
- Reboot
- Throw out this file:
<your home dir>/Library/Application Support/Five12/Numerology/PatchbaySeup.nmo
- Throw out the prefs files for both apps, in
<your home dir>/Library/Preferences
Thanks,
Jim

HI Jim -
I haven't had any crashes but i have been getting a lot of stuck notes when sending midi out to stand alone softsynths or to softsynths hosted in other apps.
not sure what causes it. i'm not doing anything complicated. just kind of finding my way and checking out the new stuff and making some patches etc..
OSX 10.5.8
also, if there is a better place to report any bugs please direct me there and i'll add any future things i come across.
thanks!

Email me one of your projects that tends to generate stuck notes (jim (at) five12 [dot] com). Stuck notes tend to be very specific to how a stack is setup. Email is generally the best way to report bugs, as that makes them easier to track, but it's no big deal either way.
Cheers,
Jim
